Our install package includes the following:

- Installation of the CoE toolkit and initialization of data collection
- Power BI dashboard to view the Power Apps apps and Power Automate flows in your environments
- Documentation, including a breakdown of the installation and recommendations for moving forward
- A close-out meeting to review the Power BI dashboard and initial findings

Prior to beginning the installation, we will provide you with a pre-requisite document to outline any tasks you need to complete or any information we need from you.
The project spans approximately one week. While the installation itself is only about a day, we allocate several days for data collection. This allows us to demonstrate the reporting functions effectively during the close-out meeting.
You can either provide us with an account to complete the installation for you, or we can do a screenshare and guide you through the process. Your choice on what works best for you.
The account completing the installation will need a Power Apps Per User and a Power Automate Per User license. In addition to the per-user licenses, you may need additional licenses depending on the functionalities you plan to use with the toolkit. We will walk you through all of this at the kick-off.
